The look of the modern workplace is changing all the time. The way people worked five years ago is significantly different from the way they work now, which in turn will be substantially different five years from now. That change is ongoing, but every now and then there’s a big leap. Intel’s workforce is as technologically advanced as any, and this year there’s going to be a big change in the technology. At the end of 2012, one percent of Intel employees used Ultrabooks at work. By the end of 2013 it’s expected to be ten times that. He tells us about the advantages to IT and to employees as Intel offers Ultrabook computers widely to its employees for the first time.
